Giant sea scallops, seared to an earthly perfection, meaty yet tender, gorgeously sweet.

Lamb tajine is a pearl couscous–based stew offering chickpeas, figs, al dente sweet-potato slices and a slab of deliciously tender seasoned lamb. Maftoul became my favourite carb after this heavenly dish. The lamb was not as melt in the mouth tender like the lamb shank my dinner companion had, but the overall dish was splendid.

Conclusion: Good food. You should go.
